Getting Started

Kids and Teens are able and encouraged to contact us anytime of the year if they wish to join in any of the below classes. Please feel free to contact us in advance should you wish to enroll a new student. This is simply to arrange a suitable time and class for the new student to join us and become part of the Caroline Kotze Dance Studio Family.

Kids & Teens Ballet

All of our pre-school dance classes are creative ballet based and available to kids in pre-primary. After preschool, students are taught in separate groups/classes based on their ballet grade.

We follow the RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) training system for all ballet grading, covering all grades, higher grades and vocational exams.

Kids will also constantly train to take part in various Eisteddfods and shows in order to give them the opportunity to perform and show off their enthusiasm for this fabulous art form.

Ballet Fees 2025

R50 Registration per family

Beginner Ballet 3-6yrs (1 x per week): R415 / m

Pre-primary - Gr 8 ballet (2 x per week): R590 / m

Vocational

Intermediate Foundation/Intermediate/Advanced: R620 / m

Contemporary Dance

PLEASE NOTE: Contemporary Dance is currently on hold until further notice.

Hip Hop

Ever growing in popularity, our hip hop syllabus is available to students from grade 6 upwards. 

Students will get the chance to learn and express their creativity, athleticism and overall “sass” at various Eisteddfods and shows as well as the Cape Town National Championships, for which our hip hop students have won numerous awards in the past.
